Join Manflex – Supplying Skilled Labour for the Construction Industry
Manflex provides qualified labour to the construction industry, and we are now looking for employees with good physical fitness, who speak and understand English, and who are available to start in the near future.
We cannot offer full-time or permanent employment from the beginning, but you can start as a temporary worker, typically with short-term assignments — sometimes 1–2 days, or with short notice. Most workers begin with projects lasting 1–2 weeks, with the possibility of longer or continuous work if it’s a good match.
What We Offer
As a temporary worker at Manflex, you will receive:
Employment under the collective agreement for the construction industry, including pension and health plan
A minimum hourly wage of 175 DKK + relevant allowances, or higher depending for construction
A minimum hourly wage of 155 DKK + relevant allowances, or higher depending for servicejobsCompetitive conditions and correct payment
Experience across a wide range of construction projects, including major projects in and around Copenhagen
The possibility of permanent employment with the client if it’s the right match
Requirements
To work with Manflex, you must have:
English language skills (for workplace communication and safety instructions)
Good physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable attendance and a readiness for quick starts
A valid Danish CPR number
A Danish address
A Danish NemKonto
A Danish tax card (skattekort)
A valid work permit or EU passport
These are required to ensure legal employment and correct salary processing.
Typical Tasks
Your work assignments may include:
New construction and renovation
Practical, physical work on construction sites
Following Manflex’s high standards for quality, safety, and clear communication
Your Contact With HR and Booking
When you apply, you will be contacted by our HR department, which handles recruitment and ensures compliance with employment regulations, employee well-being, and proper onboarding.
Once employed, you will also be in regular contact with our Booking department, which manages job orders and confirmations.
